Exchange & Return Policy

At Rerunn, we are committed to providing high-quality designed and made in India pieces at affordable prices while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to offer the best service possible. To maintain transparency, please review our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

1. Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
  • Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled as we begin processing it immediately for timely delivery.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before making a purchase.
  • Returns, exchanges, and alterations are not applicable to sale products and luxe dresses.

 


 

2. Response Time

All emails and direct messages will be addressed within 24 hours of receipt.

 


 

3. Exchange

We offer the following options in case of sizing and fitting issues, when informed within 5 days of receiving the product: Size Exchange and Store Credit.

To initiate an exchange, Email us at shop@rerunn.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: "EXCHANGE - [Order Number]". After we confirm the exchange via email, you must courier the product back to us within 5 days of our confirmation.

Please Note:

  • Items must be sent back in the same condition as received.
  • Ensure the product is in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Exchange will only be accepted if the product is unused and undamaged.
  • The exchange process is completed once the quality check is done after your parcel reaches our warehouse.

a) Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are available if your desired size is in stock for the exact same item you purchased.
  • Reverse pickup is not available; you must arrange your own courier to return the item.
  • Once we receive the item, our team will confirm the size change and send the exchanged item at no additional shipping cost.
  • Size exchanges are allowed only once.

b) Store Credit
In case of exchange via store credit, we do not offer refunds to your bank account. Store credit is the only form of refund.

  • Once your return is received and approved, you will receive store credit via email.
  • The store credit will be sent to your registered email as an automated message.
  • If you don’t see it, check your Promotions or Spam folders.
  • The email will include a unique code representing your credited amount (excluding shipping charges, if any).
  • Apply the unique code at checkout on your next purchase to redeem your store credit.
  • If your new order costs less than the credit amount, the remaining balance will stay active and can be used on future purchases.
  • No expiry – your store credit can be used anytime!

Note: Returns, exchanges, and alterations are not applicable on sale products.

 


 

4. In Case of a Damaged Product

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
  • To help us assess the issue quickly, include the following in your email:
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective area
  • A photo of the outer courier pouch
  • A photo of the original wrapping, including the protective sleeve the item came in
  • Resolution Process
  • Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a pickup for the faulty or incorrect item.
  • If you wish to exchange the item: We can only replace it with the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we will issue a store credit instead.

 


 

5. Respectful Communication Policy

Our customer support team follows brand policies strictly and is not authorised to make exceptions. We request all customers to communicate respectfully, as policy disputes may delay your resolution. We’re here to help you within our clear guidelines.



6. More information about us

We do not sell preloved, second-hand, or thrifted goods. We have transitioned to a fully in-house manufactured clothing brand. However, some of our previous collections include:

  • In-house manufactured pieces
  • Brand new pieces
  • Quality samples,
  • Surplus pieces,
  • Deadstock pieces.

While minor, unnoticeable defects may occur, any noticeable issues will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

Examples of minor issues:

  • Sample pieces may have writing on the inside.
  • Items may have thread pulls or tiny, unnoticeable marks that do not qualify as defects.
  • Items with RFID tags from the factory.
