Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled. We initiate order processing promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Therefore, we strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
Return, Resell, Exchanges and Alterations are not applicable on Sale Products.

Sizing Issues
We do not accept returns for sizing issues. If you encounter sizing issues, please contact us via email at shop@rerunn.com or direct message us on Instagram within 2 days of receiving the product. The following options will be available to you:
Resell: We will assist you in reselling the product on our website.
Size Exchange: Exchanges are available for sizing issues, provided your desired size is in stock for the exact same item you purchased. As we do not offer a reverse pickup service, you will need to arrange your own courier for returning the item. Our team will notify you upon receiving the returned item and confirm the size change. The exchanged item will be sent back to you at no additional courier cost. Please note that we only accept size exchanges once.
Alteration Support: Additionally, we may offer alterations on a case-by-case basis. As we do not offer a reverse pickup service, you will need to arrange your own courier for returning the item. Our team will notify you upon receiving the returned item and confirm the alteration. The altered item will be sent back to you at no additional courier cost. Please note that we only accept alterations once.
Returns
We exclusively return for damaged products or instances where an incorrect item has been dispatched. Should you receive a damaged item, kindly notify us within 24 hours of order receipt to commence the return procedure. For damaged product returns, a mandatory unboxing video is required as proof. The video must explicitly display the package seal being torn in front of the camera; failure to meet this criterion will render the unboxing video invalid, and the exchange request will not be processed under any circumstances. Strict adherence to this policy is essential for initiating the return process.
Please Note: We do not sell preloved, second-hand or thrifted goods. Our drop includes quality samples, wholesale pieces, surplus pieces, deadstock pieces, and brand new pieces. Tiny unnoticeable defects may emerge however any noticeable defects will be clearly mentioned. For instance, sample pieces might have writing on the inside, thread pulls, tiny unnoticeable marks that are not considered as defects.
