Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
- Shipping Time: Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days.
- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 1-7 working days once shipped.
- Shipping Charges: ₹100 per order.
- During periods of high volume, there may be a delay of 1-3 business days. We are always trying for your parcel to reach as early as possible.
Express Shipping
- Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 working day (subject to availability).
- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 1-4 working days, depending on the delivery location.
- Shipping Charges: ₹250 per order.
- Prioritising orders are on a case to case basis.
- Our team will not be liable for any courier related delays.
- In case an express order doesn't reach within promised timelines - we will refund the extra amount paid for express shipping.
Product Specific Shipping and PREORDERS: Some products require additional days for shipping. Information regarding their shipping is mentioned on the product page.
International Shipping
- International orders are typically delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of products ordered and the country of delivery.
- Please note that customs clearance timelines may vary and can occasionally take longer than expected. These processes are handled by local authorities and are beyond our control.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
- In the rare case of a defect or an incorrect item being shipped, we will issue a store credit, as replacements are not feasible for international shipments.
- You will receive automated email updates to track the status of your order.
- Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may be applied once the parcel reaches the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand applicable charges for shipments arriving from India.
- Rerunn is not liable to pay any customs duties or taxes. If a customer refuses to pay these charges, the responsibility will remain with the customer.

Important Notes
- Working Days: Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Order Status Updates: You will receive automated SMS/email updates regarding the status of your order.
- Reshipping due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer: If a parcel is returned to us because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or any other contact information, it will be considered undelivered and sent back to our facility. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges. A reshipping fee of ₹100 will be applied to cover the cost of sending the order again to the correct address provided by the customer.
- Missing Deliveries: If your parcel status shows 'delivered' but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours. We will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners after this period.
